Nova has the most striking blue eyes we have ever seen. She came to Cameron Animal Hospital with her brother Ash. They arrived scared and traumatized by the change, but with time and care they are doing wonderfully, and are now ready to find their forever homes.
Nova may look brave, and is initially more outgoing than her brother, but she is equally sensitive and nervous, and is often scared of new places and people, and needs a little bit of time to adjust. Once she is comfortable she is friendly, sweet, and incredibly affectionate. Although she doesn't like being held like her brother does, she loves being pet and getting attention.
Nova is generally healthy, and does not have the same food requirements as her brother does. She is FeLV/FIV (-/-); has been fecal tested and prophylactically dewormed; has received a full series of FVRCP (distemper) and Rabies vaccines; and is spayed and microchipped.
Ash and Nova get along well and can be adopted together; but they are not highly bonded and can be adopted separately. Nova likes her brother, but does not like other animals as much (either cats or dogs). She has not been tested with young children. More than anything, Nova, like her brother, wants a family who will cuddle her and give her time and attention.
