We were contacted about a sweet tuxedo who had been found a few days ago, just before the cold snap. A couple had brought her in to their garage and were keeping her in a crate so she wouldn’t freeze. As they had a large dog, they couldn’t bring her indoors. A scan revealed a microchip but the person contacted claimed they didn’t own a tuxedo. The finders were not equipped to deal with a cat (they fed her dog food) and they were desperate to place her with a rescue group. One of our amazing fosters agreed to take her so she is now in a warm house. She has turned out to be a real sweetheart!
