Say hello to Pavel Chekov, THE MOST WONDERFUL, SPECIAL, SWEET KITTY EVER!! Okay, I know. You guys are keeping track, and we make the 'best animal ever' claim a lot...what can I say, LCAS pets are THE BEST PETS! I digress... Chekov came to us with 6 other adult cats, all of whom had spent the majority of their lives living together in the canopied bed of a pickup truck! Despite a lack of socialization and some significant neglect, Chekov is beyond affectionate. This tiny fellow loves to be picked up and held on his back in your arms like a baby! He purrs and purrs, reaches out to touch your face with his little paw, and just cuddles with all of his might! In order to reap these incredible rewards, Chekov's new family will have to commit to a little extra work to help Chekov feel safe in his new home. Chekov's history has led him to be fearful in new environments, especially large, open areas. Having spent his life in such a small, contained space Chekov will need time and patience to work his way up to having the run of a whole house. Luckily, Chekov uses his litterbox religiously, and loves other cats, so if you have kitties already in the home, they may help him learn the ropes a little quicker. We are going to be very picky when it comes to Chekov's new home, so if you are not interested in putting in extra effort, please do not apply for Chekov!
