Meet Peach! Peach was found outside in North Philly with a badly broken leg. Our friend Dr. Venanzi, a superstar foster AND a local vet, took him in and got him set with the care he needs. With her help and the work of the Fishtails vet team and our friends at BluePearl, Peach is healing up and ready to find his forever home! From his foster: "Peach is the all around perfect cat. He has moments of being extremely playful, cuddly, & content to rest & do nothing. The best word I can come up with is agreeable- truly nothing bothers him. There’s barely a moment where he isn’t purring. He’s also incredibly silly & brings a smile to everyone’s face." We think Peach would thrive best in a home as the only pet so he could have ALL his human's attention, but he may integrate well slowly with other animals. Peach underwent specialty surgery at BluePearl Levittown to have his broken leg repaired. He's been on exercise restriction for the last 6 weeks. In a weeks, he will be cleared for full activity. He also has a heart murmur and will be seeing a cardiologist to determine if the underlying cause requires further medical attention.
