ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
Penelope came to Homeward Trails recently from a shelter in West Virginia. She is described as a pretty spunky gal who always wants to play. The shelter said she gets along great with other cats and likes to be carried around by her humans. We can't wait to know more about this kitty!
