Lets hope 3rd times a charm with this gal. She has been in two homes already and she is only 5 years old. Neither time was her fault. Penny is amazing! Friendly, sweet, social she has it all! Her luck just stinks when it comes to owners. Penny is big boned weighing in at 16 pounds. She has lived with cats and children. She will adjust in a new home quickly. The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
