Poppy is an adorable DSH black female born approximately 5/6/2024. "Hi, my name is Poppy! If I only had one word to describe myself, it would be energetic. I’m a happy-go-lucky girl who knows no strangers! Fear is a word that is not in my vocabulary (unless you put me in a carrier, then I get a little nervous...). I’m a feisty feline who loves to play, run, and sometimes get into things that I probably shouldn’t... Since I was abandoned as a baby, I sometimes get worried about my food, so I tend to steal my human’s food at every chance I get. I also LOVE to play with straws, so don’t leave your fast food cups unattended! I’m great with kids! They don’t bother me one bit (but even if they do, I can outrun them anyways!) I’d love a family who is able to give me lots of attention and play time. My humans think I might be part dog, so if you are looking for a furry friend with the personality of a canine in a feline body, then I’m definitely your gal!"
