My Story

Please consider sponsoring a cat. For a little as $10 a month you can help us help more animals in need. Raccoon Kitty was so named because she runs like a raccoon, with her tail straight out behind her. She is a 7 year old, very sweet lady. Raccoon Kitty was rescued as a kitten and has been fiercely loved by her humans for her entire life. Sadly, she needs a new loving home because her human faces a terminal illness. Raccoon Kitty won't be a turn-key cat. She is a little shy and will need time to acclimate to a new home and new people. Raccoon Kitty is searching for someone who will give her time to be shy for a few weeks and not expect a lap kitty on day 1. She is positively worth the wait. Raccoon Kitty gets along fine with feline friends. Raccoon's adoption fee is $150. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained. Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org/adopt. There is a link on the top of the home page. Click on "Fill in", you don't have to register. For more information about this kitty or any others, you can contact us at [email protected]. We are a foster organization and don't have set hours we are open - but we will gladly set up an appointment for you to meet any cat. Of course, you're under no obligation to adopt if you come to meet any of our fabulous felines.
