Hi! My name is Raquel, and I am pure white! I am around 5 yrs old and I was given up when my owner went into assisted living. I refused to eat at the town shelter- I was so upset. Now I am at GPS and I am really starting to act like my old self again! I cannot wait to have a home again- I am a tiny little thing with a HUGE PERSONALITY! I love to make a statement!
