(http://neenahanimalshelter.org/how-to-adopt.html) - Our shelter has open visiting hours for cats, however pre-approved application are needed prior to an adoption. Appointments may be scheduled with an approved application as well, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate same day adoptions. - Approved applications are required prior to meeting any of our dogs. **Kittens are required to be adopted in pairs, unless there already is a cat in the home. If the cat in the home is 10 years or older, this two-kitten policy will apply.
