Rigby (Has asthma)

Around 1.5 years old, born in foster care. Lots of energy, loves to run around, play with toys. Is extremely sweet and loving. Loves dogs and other cats. Has not been tested with young kids. Can be shy with strangers. Note: Has asthma and requires an inhaler (very easy to do). Has minor issue with his left eye from when sick as a baby. Has had treatment. Strong preference will be for him to be adopted with one or both siblings (Scout & Leftie).
