To those cats who are “door dashers," I say that being an outdoor cat is not a bed of roses! I should know! I was found outdoors in NW Rochester. Brr! I’m Rosa, a lovely, long-haired calico tabby, adult female. When I look at you with my big, beautiful eyes, you might fall in love with me in an instant! I can be shy in new situations, but that doesn’t last long. Once I feel at ease, I am relaxed, affectionate, and I eagerly accept petting. I do alright with being held, and I like to be brushed. That’s important because I will need to be brushed frequently to prevent mats in my luxurious coat. Now that I’m safe indoors, I hope that things will get even better and that everything will be coming up roses! I can’t wait to be someone’s beautiful, beloved Rosa.
