I was brought into the shelter as a stray and would not be adoptable until 2/25/25.
During this time, I will be looking for my original owner but can have applications on me if I don't get reclaimed.
I am a little bit nervous at first when meeting, so will need some time to adjust. I have the sweetest little face you'll ever see.
At the Humane Society of Midland County, all animals adopted will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Dogs over 6 months of age will be heartworm tested, and any dog with a positive test will receive treatment at no additional cost.
No Appointment Needed to Meet Adoptable Animals!
We have open adoption hours, and walk-ins are always welcome! While filling out an application lets us know you're interested in adopting, it does not hold an animal, and applications are not required to meet the available animals. We do highly recommend bringing any dogs that reside in the same household, or that will be around commonly if you are meeting a new dog companion.
Want to Know if I’m Still Available?
Call the shelter at (989)-835-1877 to confirm my availability. If you’d like to show you’re thinking about adopting, please fill out an application on our website under "Adopt" at www.hsomc.org.
