Rosemary

Rosemary is a beautiful 3 year old calico girl. She is such a loving sweetheart of a kitty! She recently had surgery to fix an issue with adhesions of her eyelid to her eye. This was due to untreated herpes eye infections in the past. She is now mostly healed and is ready to find her forever home!! She does have some permanent scarring on her eyes, but she can see just fine. If she has any flare-ups in the future, she may need some eye drops. Herpes virus is extremely common in cats, many have it, and a little bit of inexpensive lysine powder in the food seems to help avoid flare-ups. Rosemary is unfazedby visiting dogs at her foster home, so we think that with a proper introduction she would be fine with a non-aggressive dog. She has been fine with children, too, although she may prefer a quieter home. Maybe someone that is home a lot, as she loves company and attention. Rosemary is a real lap-cat and love to be you, and sometimes she gets so happy that she drools a little, LOL. Rosemary deserves to have a safe and loving home! She can't help this minor issue.
