Ruben

Ruben came to ARC after being rescued with more than 20 cats from a hoarding situation. He and four other kitties came to ARC. He was very protective of his friends and was a source of comfort to them, especially during their integration time. Now, the group is more confident and not in need of his protective oversight. He moved into the FIV room (although his is not FIV positive) with Margo and now Sourdough. Margo seems to enjoy the company, but is not super interactive with other kitties. However, after just 24 hours, Ruben and Sourdough are snuggle buddies! Ruben seems to do best with at least one other kitty, he definitely enjoys his kitty friends! With time and patience, he seems to become more comfortable with people, but he is very much in tune with other cats. Interested in meeting Ruben (and maybe Sourdough!)?
