My Story

Hello, I'm Sirena, a laid-back brown tabby female with soft medium-length fur born approximately 12/12/16. I've got a bit of a "resting grumpy face," but don't let that fool you, I'm all about the love and snuggles! I came to Wild Blue after being surrendered to a shelter in Texas, and now I'm ready to find my forever home. I'm a calm, easygoing girl who enjoys the simple pleasures in life--long naps in the sun, a good brushing session (I really need it to help keep me looking my best), and leaning into your hand for pets while I purr my heart out. I'm a social eater, too, which means I enjoy having some company while I snack on my meals. I'm working on losing a few pounds slowly and getting my coat back into shape with good nutrition. My fur is a bit thin and wiry right now, but with your love and care, I know I'll be feeling fabulous in no time. I also receive a monthly Solensia injection for arthritis, which keeps me comfortable and happy. I'm good with gentle kids, and I would probably be fine with a gentle feline roommate or a doggie friend, as long as we're introduced properly using Wild Blue's introduction procedures. Mostly, I just want a cozy spot to nap, a sunny window to lounge in, and a person to love me. If you're looking for a sweet, mellow companion who will fill your days with purrs and cuddles, I'm your girl. Could you be the family I've been waiting for? If so, please fill out an adoption application at www.wbcats.org/adopt.
