My Story

Sirloin is a dignified and refined lady with a slightly reserved personality. She's independent and enjoys spending time in her own company, but she's also affectionate when the mood strikes. Sirloin loves a good cuddle session and has a soft, gentle purr that will melt your heart. With her sleek black fur and elegant attitude, she brings a sense of calm and grace wherever she goes. If you are interested in adopting this pet, please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been processed. Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday. A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal's picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known. Adding a pet to your family is a big responsibility. Please research carefully and remember that adoption is life saving. Adopt Don't Shop.
