You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Smokey was abandoned in the Mayfair section of Philly when his parents moved and left him outside. Smokey was grateful to be taken in and fed and to have shelter. He is a really good cat who is friendly and likes to be petted. Smokey is neutered, received his 1st FVRCP vaccine, tested negative for leukemia/FIV. He was already dewormed and received flea medications.
