Sparky

Sparky was abandoned outside of Troy Animal Hospital with burns to his shoulder and ear tips. The burnt area on his back/shoulders has come off and is healing well although he may have a scar. His ear tips will eventually fall off, the right one is partly off already. Sparky is a neutered male. He is super sweet and would love to be a lap cat for someone.
