This sweet girl is just over 1 years old and fancies cat condos, toys, and cat friends to play and snuggle with. She thinks it would be the cats meow to have another friendly feline in the home! Starkist is learning to love her best life as an indoor kitty, and with a little time and patience she warms up to her person. She has made tremendous progress and now lays by her foster mom's feets and likes to nuzzle her hand for attention. She is an A+ catnapper and is sure to make a great addition to a very special someone! About Ten Lives: Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered.We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
