Meet Stormy! Stormy is a beautiful 6.5-year-old sweetheart who is on the lookout for her furever family! She's a friendly and affectionate girl who absolutely adores attention and loves nothing more than to curl up in your lap for a good cuddle. Stormy is wonderful with children and can coexist with another passive, resident cat (one other cat is her limit!). She'd truly prefer to be the queen of her castle as she's not looking for a playmate or kitty to bond with. While she'll tolerate dogs, she'd much rather spend her time with her beloved humans. Stormy enjoys being brushed and petted, and will happily engage in some gentle play. She's a very sweet and gentle soul, with a charmingly vocal side - she'll definitely let you know when she's ready for some love! Like many of us, Stormy enjoys her treats a little too much and is currently a bit overweight. She's looking for a loving family who will help her on a healthy weight loss journey so she can live a long, happy, and active life. If you're looking for a loving, loyal, and vocal companion to share your life with, Stormy might just be the purrfect match for you! Once you have a confirmed appointment, you can monitor the adoption appointment calendar and move your appointment to an earlier opening should one become available.
