Sundae (Photos 12/15/2024)

Sundae is a beautiful 3-year old female kitty who arrived at the HSOV on October 2, 2024 after she was found on Sandhill Road in the Marietta/Reno, Ohio area fending for herself with no apparent owner. Sundae has a gray tabby short smooth coat, a long ringed tail, and an adorable face with golden eyes, a dusting of white on her muzzle/chin, and long white whiskers. This little sweetheart was quite content to continue her catnap when we stopped by to take first photos on October 3, 2024. Sundae was very calm, and she seemed to enjoy gentle petting and a soft soothing conversation. Sundae was given vaccinations and wormer on October 3, 2024. She weighed 6.8 lbs that day. Sundae was given booster vaccines and Pyrantel wormer on October 20, 2024. These updated photos of Sundae were taken on December 15, 2024, and she looked even more beautiful after receiving the loving care from our HSOV Kennel Techs these past two months. Sundae has the sweetest personality and was quite content to relax near the holiday decor in our 'studio'. She loved petting and attention from HSOV Volunteer Emma Dahlgren and thoroughly enjoyed her "15-minutes of fame" and out-of-cage time during her photo session. Since nobody called or came looking for her, we will have Sundae spayed in the near future (tentatively in late January 2025), and she will soon be ready to find a great home where she will be loved and pampered to her heart's content.
