Sunny & Saturn are two cats who were rescued from a hoarding situation where there were over 25+ cats! They were separated for a little in foster, but after reuniting they were so affectionate we couldn't bear to separate them again. So, they'll be adopted out as a pair!
Saturn is a 2-4 year old orange shorthair tabby who came to us via the NYCACC. Saturn is a lover boy who gets along wonderfully with other cats. In foster, Saturn has opened up SO much and does really enjoy being petted. He is super happy to be bribed with treats too: his favorites are churu squeeze treats & freeze dried raw chicken! Saturn is still learning the ropes of playing with toys but seems motivated by bunny kicker catnip toys. He uses the litter box very tidily, eats well, and is a pro at napping in any scenario. He loves to lay out on the floor and even roll around on his back. He has a great derpy personality and definitely fits in with the stereotypes about orange cats! He is blind in his right eye but that doesn't stop him! It also requires no treatment.
Sunny is the sassiest sweetheart you’ll ever meet! A little shy at first and definitely shier than his brother Saturn, after he warms up to you he’s very chatty and always looking for pets and snuggles. His favorite hobbies include but are not limited to cuddling with his brother, kissing his brother, and sleeping on the bed sun tanning. He’s a classic chatty orange baby with a lot to say. Once he trusts you, he truly is the cutest chunker who loves to hangout around with you and chill out. Sunny's right ear is shredded but healed- whatever happened to his ear happened prior to us rescuing him. But Saturn has one wonky eye, and Sunny has one wonky ear!
For these two boys, they came from such a rough life and are still SO sweet. They deserve a happy home together!
