My Story

**Note: PetFinder is having issues with delivering inquiries. If you do not hear from us within a couple days, please email us directly at [email protected] or skip sending an inquiry via PetFinder and email us directly.** Tiger is a handsome and gentle soul looking for a patient and loving forever home. After being abandoned, he’s been learning to trust again in his foster home. Unfortunately, he was mistreated where he was abandoned, and it is believed he was kicked by a man at that place. Because of this, Tiger might not do well with men and will need a patient adopter who understands his past. While he’s still working on his social skills, Tiger does love pets and scritches—but on his terms. He prefers when his humans come to him rather than the other way around, at least for now. With time and patience, he will form a deep bond with his person and show his appreciation with sweet affection. He just needs a little time to feel safe and secure. Tiger would do best in a quieter home without small children. He gets along well with other cats. He has also been around dogs and would be fine with a cat-friendly pup. While he would be happy as an indoor cat, he wouldn’t mind a little outdoor space to explore or a cozy catio to lounge in. . If you’re looking for a special cat who just needs a little understanding to blossom into a loyal companion, Tiger is ready to find his place in your heart and home Tiger is about one year old. He has been neutered and vaccinated. He has been litter box trained. The adoption fee for one cat is $125. We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated. When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know? All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them. We also make sure all kittens are healthy before placing them in their forever home. For additional information on our group and what we do, please check out our website: www.pawsitivity.info
