Meet Tigger, a charming young male short-haired tabby cat. Born on March 15, 2024, this adorable fellow was surrendered by his previous owner to the county animal shelter. He was then rescued by Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue, where he received foster care until being neutered. Now, after receiving the necessary care, this sweet boy is flourishing and happily residing at Frisky Cat Cafe while he waits for his forever home. Here’s what Frisky Cat Cafe has to say about him:
