Waffle

Waffle took a moment to get comfortable in her foster home but after a day she started to blossom. When she was introduced to her new friend, Mack, she seemed excited to have a friend and immediately started wrestling and playing with him. Pretty quickly after that started letting us pick her up and hold her. She has became a bit of a toy fiend and loves anything that can make a noise. She loves to carry around crumpled up balls of paper in her mouth, knock around and chase bottle caps, as well as wrestle with tennis and ping pong balls. She is one of the rare fosters who has managed to befriend our older cat and sometimes at night they will get the zoomies together and run back and forth across the apartment together. In the evening, she curls up with us on the couch either burrowing herself into a blanket of between us and the pillows. All cats are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on flea preventative. All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption.
