Wally

Poor Wally was found wandering around Little Falls, MN, seeking the help of strangers from outside of a business. We had hoped he'd have a microchip so he could go home, he clearly had a family! His hair is damaged from wearing a collar, so someone loved him before. We searched for his family but they never came forward to claim him. Poor Wally is a sensitive soul and he's had some difficulty adjusting to this big change. He feels things deeply and his sadness is palpable. He really needs a person to nurture him with guidance and kindness. Because he is a sensitive boy right now, it is hard for us to tell how he feels towards other cats. He seems to be independent and adventurous but also loves to interact with people. So far he has been defensive (hissing, avoiding) other cats. This may change in the comfort of a home and one-on-one attention from a dedicated person. He has not displayed any aggressive behaviors towards the other cats in his foster home. We are not sure of his exact age but he appears to be only about 9 months old. Could you be who Wally needs to mend his broken heart after he abruptly lost his last family?
