My Story

Meet Zesty, a playful and loving girl who's eager to find her forever home! This adorable feline is full of love and charm, but she is looking for a special home/barn that understands her unique needs. While Zesty has had some challenges using the litter box, we've explored countless options-different litters, medications, behavior plans, and more. Despite our best efforts, this behavior has persisted. Her ideal home would be one with a patient owner who understands her quirks and understands the accidents. She may do best in a barn setting where she will get lots of attention. Zesty is a moderately active cat who loves to be part of the action, whether it's following her human around the house or playing with her favorite wand toy. She's affectionate and while she isn't a big fan of purring, she will happily accept petting and enjoy cuddles once she's tired out from playtime. She's great with kids, even the younger ones, and she gets along wonderfully with the dogs in her foster home-especially her medium to large-sized furry companions. Zesty is a talker and won't hesitate to let you know when she wants attention She's especially good with other animals and may do well as a barn cat, especially in a home with both cat and dog friends to keep her company. Zesty will reward you with unconditional love and companionship, especially once she's worn out from play and is ready to snuggle What Zesty does have is a heart of gold! She adores cuddles, playtime, and being around their favorite people. With a patient and understanding adopter, we know she will thrive. A home with outdoor access, a dedicated space, or someone who's experienced with cats who need a little extra care could be the perfect fit.
