NOTICE: ADOPTION EVENT ON 3/8 WILL BE FROM 1:00-3:00! 25Amanda aka Good Girl, This girl is a good girl and is making progress to getting even better. She is a lovable, sweet little short hair Beagle mix of about 16lbs. This two year old is doing very well on leash and enjoys walking, hiking and getting into the great outdoors. We have been bundling her up in this recent cold weather and loves being in a sweater or cuddled up in your lap! She loves her dog and people pack so could go with a family with another dog or two to show her the ropes or by herself in which she would love all the attention! She has been around our two resident cats but one ran from her and inevitable she chased. But the other more dog savvy cat walks right by without a flinch. Once settled in to her crate she will sleep through the night however she would rather be cuddled up next to her people. Car rides in her crate have been without issue. I think she will love her new pack leader but will need to be shown some patience warming up to the new environment. She will also need some patience with not liking being left alone. She is playful, will play fetch and loves the cats toys! All in all we think she will make a great companion to a solo person or family looking for a lovable, sweet, smart girl. Small dog meet and greets are 10:30-12:30 and larger dogs (over 40 lbs.) are from 11:30-1:30. Our adult dog adoption fee is $300 (with $5 processing fee if paid by card) and includes spay or neuter, rabies, DAPP and Bordetella vaccines, deworming, microchip, heart worm test and lifetime registration.
