From the foster: 849- is a blue heeler with the prettiest hints of red on his legs. He's a confident boy who plays hard but is not afraid to cuddle up for a nap when he's done. This boy loves his people and his puppy friends. He warmed up to our resident dog quickly by following him around and engaging in play but understands our dogs boundaries and gives space accordingly. He loves to cuddle and he will sit on your lap for as long as you'd like. His puppy teeth love to chew on just about anything so we've been working on redirecting him to his toys. 849 was fostered with his brother 846 and the two of them have adjusted well to our home. They both sleep through the night in their crate and have picked up on potty training very quickly. They've learned to follow our resident dog outside when they need to go and have had very few accidents in the house. 849 is a smart, energetic dog who would be best suited with a family that has an active lifestyle or another dog companion to play with and show him the ropes.
