857 - Max

Adoption Fee: $475 - I'm already spayed/neutered! All animals are UTD on vaccines (may need boosters) and microchipped From the foster: Max is a very sweet boy! This small (about 43lbs full-grown) husky mix boy has been through the ringer. He was taken from a California shelter, with seven other dogs, to be adopted by a private owner in Washington. As one would expect, eight dogs was too much for that person, so a Washington organization intercepted him and placed him in a foster home here in Denver, along with some of the other dogs in that Washington home, back in January. Although that foster family absolutely adored him, they travel frequently and after 11 months, needed to find her a new place. CPR agreed to take him in and he is thriving! Max is people and dog-friendly, though a bit shy at first. He's only about 3 years old, and he is an absolute love bug. Max is potty trained, but he, like all pups, will need a couple of days of patience to learn how to tell you he needs to go out.
