? This sweet lady is estimated to be 7 years young and around 49 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations and preventative care. Her adoption fee is $175 ? Miss Ada is currently in a loving foster home until she meets a family to call her own. ? This princess is the sweetest, and most affectionate lady that you will ever meet! Once you start petting her be prepared not to stop (she loves attention). ? She is always down for a stroll through town, a car ride to get a pup cup treat, or a snuggle sesh with a movie and popcorn. This girl loves her snacks and is very food motivated. She loves all people she meets and will hop right up on your lap and be your new best friend the moment she meets you! ???? Miss Ada walks right by your side on leash, however, is working on her pulling tendency when another dog is in sight. Currently, Ada is walking roughly 1 mile a day! ? Ada has allergies (don’t we all this time of year?) and is currently being treated with a special soap to help soothe her itching skin. She does so well during her twice weekly bath time. She stands there patiently enjoying her massage knowing treats will be awarded once she’s done. She also is being treated for a double ear infection and does so well during her twice daily ear drops. Other than that, this girl has received a clean bill of health and can’t wait to find her new best friend! ? She is currently working on “sit” and “stay” commands but makes great eye contact and gives you her full attention when you say her name. ? Ada is fully crate trained but would prefer to free roam and be next to her humans if possible. She makes the best snuggle bug at night and during the day loves to nap on a couch or bed. She is not much of a chewer as she has yet to test out her many Benebones but loves to snuggle up with her stuffed animals (a flamingo and ice cream stuffie) and a blanket. ? Ada is also potty trained! She has had zero accidents in her foster home and is usually let out to do her business 3-4x/day. She shows signs that she has to go out by getting antsy and will walk near a door when she would like to be let out. ? She loves to watch paw patrol while she is in her crate and classical music at night puts her right to sleep. ? She does not show any signs of fear/anxiety to storms, sirens, and fireworks. ? Summer plans for Miss Ada include a camping trip, a trip to Home Depot, a lake trip, and lots of hiking adventures! She does show signs of being slightly overstimulated when other dogs are near however, with proper introductions, we feel she could co-exist with another resident animal. Her current foster home has two resident dogs - who we are currently working on slow intros with Ideal Home: ? Miss Ada is searching for a home willing to give her just as much love as she gives in return. She is a very easy-going laid-back gal simply looking for a place to rest her head.
