Introducing Akira, an adorable 9-month-old lab mix who is looking for a loving forever family to call her own.
Akira is a playful and loving girl who loves to play with her littermates and the other dogs in her foster home. She is good at sharing her food and her toys with her siblings and will make a perfect attention to a home with a dog sibling. We also know that she’d be happy as an only dog, as long as her forever family provide her with lots of love and playtime.
Akira loves to get attention and pets from her humans. It only takes her a few minutes to get over her initial shyness and then she’s just a bucket of love!
Akira sleeps through the night in her crate with her siblings without making a peep. She knows when it’s bedtime and calms down to go to sleep. Akira also knows not to potty in her kennel, and at this time we’d consider her almost potty trained, although she will need some guidance from her new family when she enters the new environment. Akira is the smallest puppy from her litter, and currently weighs around 32 lbs. We do think that she has a little more growing to do.
