Amelia

Meet Amelia! Amelia is an 10-11yo 24lb poodle mix who would was abandoned. She was severely overgrown. (See photo pre shave) and sad. When she came to us we knew she needed some medical care. She was spayed, we removed and biopsied a mammary mass and it was not cancer so we gave reason to celebrate!! She also have a few teeth that had to come out- so we took care of that too. We also tested her for Cushings as she was ravenous and drank soot of water. She did test positive so we are starting her on the medications today!! She is hearing impaired but vision is intact. Amelia is a great senior- sweet and great with other dogs. She is very happy for a walk or to explore a fenced yard. Amelia is looking for an adopter who has a peaceful calm environment. A fenced yard and people around more often than not would be amazing for her!
