Angel

Angel joined our program after she was turned in as an 8 week old “stray” at our municipal shelter. The overpopulated shelter was complete for a young puppy so we brought her under our wing and into foster! Angel’s estimated DOB is 11/02/2024. She has been an absolutely amazing girl for the month we have had her in foster; written on 01/27/25. Angel has been exposed to chickens, goats, dogs and is your typical busy body puppy. She is doing well with potty training though she’s not quite there yet. She does go to the door when she has to potty and every day is an improvement! We are also working on crate training and she settles nicely! We are working on leash training and that’s going well for such a young pup. What we are looking for in a home for Angel. This young girl needs a physically fenced in yard (privacy preferred), as well as a family experienced in owning a husky. Angel is not for the laid back! She is looking for an active family that will meet her breed needs. If you’re looking for a couch potatoes, swipe left! Angel has not been exposed to cats but traditionally huskies and kitties don’t mix well together. She is great with other dogs but being a puppy, she wants to play a lot. She would need another active dog or a dog that’s willing to offer her a correction when play time should be over. Being an all volunteer organization offering many initiatives to our community, we won’t be able to respond back to applications that don’t fit her needs. Angel’s adoption fee is $475. This includes spay, vaccinations to age, microchip, flea/tick preventative, fecal, collar and leash.
