My Story

Location: Fostered south of Pittsburg, PA (Fairmont, WV) Transport to PA, VA and OH available. Say hi to Angus, he is about 1 year old, playful, curious, and his joy for life is infectious. There's no such thing as a bad day in his world. He's very bright, food motivated, and a fast learner. He took to his new name in just two hours of leaving the shelter. He's great with all dogs, young and old, large and small, but it would be best if the household residents were of the active nature - this boy wants to play! Also, he loves all humans, even kids, but little ones would get bowled over with his enthusiasm, so kids 10 yo and over would be best. He needs work on his good boy manners. He knows sit but is usually too excited to stay sitting for long. He'll need help on leash and with residual puppy behaviors. It doesn't seem that he had much attention in his previous life and is trying to make up for it. He is fine in a crate and does well using a doggy door for access to a fenced yard. The best about Angus? After the day is over, he wants nothing more than to lay his head in your lap and do some snuggling. He's an expert at that. Do you have another playful canine pal in your home? A nice fenced yard? Then Angus is your boy. Please email the rescue for an application: [email protected]
