Ara

Ara is 1.5 years old adorable Jindo and she is looking for a caring home. She is spayed, and weighs about 28 pounds. Ara is the perfect medium size—not too big, not too small. While she’s a little shy at first, Ara warms up quickly within hours and a few tasty treats. Once she trusts you, she’s sweet, affectionate, and loyal. In her foster home, Ara has been great. She does fine on her own for several hours and mostly sticks to playing with her toys. She’s good with other dogs, especially after she gets to know them, and she’s even lived peacefully with cats who let her know who’s boss. She’s gentle around children, though loud noises or sudden movements when approaching her can make her want to escape the chaos and find some peace. Ara isn’t high-maintenance— all she needs is a loving home and possibly another dog to call best friend.
