Archie is a sweet and gentle three-year old pup, who is sure to melt your heart. He is 85 pounds but is well aware of his size. He is gentle when taking treats and during greetings. His DNA test results say he is a Great Pyrenees mix, and his coat is a mix of Great Pyrenees and Shepard with a Husky tail. His coat minimally sheds and is super soft! He is a cuddle bug and loves to be pet and snuggled. His activity level is low to moderate, enjoying outdoor activities while also relaxing indoors. He has been working on commands and knows sit, lay down, shake, stay, and off/out. He is potty trained and can be left free-roam in the house. He has some trauma around cages from the shelter so he has a hard time with kennels but does okay if he is doggy-gated into a section of the house/a room. He might have also previously been an outdoor dog, so he is comfortable being outside. He is good with kids and other dogs. He would do best as the only dog or with dogs of similar size, and no cats. He is neutered and up to date on shots. He went to the vet and was cleared physically. Fun fact: Archie has an extra set of toes on his back feet!
