Meet Archie, a beautiful, gentle pup who is looking for a loving home where he can flourish into the happy, joyous pup that we know he can be! Archie has really started to come out of his shell in his foster home and it’s wonderful to see. Before he came to foster care, he was clearly never shown how to be a dog, so we hope to find him a patient family who can help him discover the joys of being a dog! He hasn’t quite worked out treats or toys yet, poor boy. He’s learning to seek attention and lovings, which is adorable to see! All of these things will come with time, he just needs to learn. Archie has learned to use the doggie door, and he stays close to his family in their large, fenced yard. He is a grateful boy who is eager to learn and grow with his humans. He loves other dogs, and he is good with the cats in his foster home too. He has started to learn that humans are the best snuggle companions ever! Archie is a gorgeous papillon/terrier mix who is around 1 year old and weighs about 15 lbs. He is potty trained, but he hates crates. His foster family have started with some training to show him that crates don’t have to suck, but his adopters will need to keep this in mind!
