Arizona is a young girl. We believe around 6-9 months of age. She is taller and is a mixed breed although we do not know what she is mixed with. She is around 28lbs. She is timid to start with people and dogs. She can get overwhelmed with too many dogs and people. She is clingy and looks to be wherever you are and will often settle in next to you on the couch. Even though she is like this, she does not cause any destruction when we are not home. She picked up the dog door rather quickly. We have not heard a bark from her yet. She is a good eater and likes to run with others but we are not sure that she knows how to play. Adoption fee is $500 which helps cover all of the medical for all of the dogs in the rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and many have received further treatment for such conditions as lump removal, severe ear infections, dental cleanings, bloodwork, leg injuries, etc.. We do out of state adoptions but require a submitted application, a home visit (sometimes we cannot get this done and then we can not adopt), and the adopter must come to Las Vegas to meet the potential dog(s), possibly adopt, and then drive the dog back. Beagles can have a lifespan of 15-18 years therefore beagles under 3 years of age will not be adopted to anyone over the age of 62. All our dogs are in foster homes so not all are available to attend all our park meetups.
