My Story

Meet the sweetest boy in the world Arlo!! Arlo was dumped on someone's property where he roamed for 3 long months on his own all alone. We were asked to take this sweet boy to get him safe. When we went to pick him up even after living outside for 3 months scared he jumped right in the car like he was ready to get the heck out of there! He came to us severely matted and needed some TLC. Once we took him to the vet we got the bad news that Arlo was heartworm positive. He has started treatment but we would absolutely love for him to find his forever home. He's already waited so long for a family, we don't want him to wait any longer. For that reason we are looking for a special family to open their home and do a foster to adopt through his heartworm treatment. We pay for all the treatment and support you through the process until he gets a clean bill of health then you can officially call him your own! If you are interested in learning more about this process please message us or fill out an application. Here is a little about Arlo. He is the absolute sweetest boy! He loves everyone, all dogs and has been around cats and not reacted. He is playful but loves to snuggle too. He is a little bit of a velcro dog and will follow you everywhere you go and wants all the attention in the world. We think this is due to him being abandoned and on his own for a while. He would love a family that is home a lot or takes him along for the ride! He is some sort of Doodle mix, a little over 1 yr old and weighs about 60lbs. He is almost 100% housetrained. Arlo is really an amazing perfect dog just looking for a family to love him unconditionally and never abandon him again. Www.4paws4rescue.com
