Meet Arrow! This 1 year old. This slightly nervous, but super sweet boy, was brought in extremely skinny, but is filling out nicely thanks to the good care from the Bedford County Animal Shelter staff. He seems to be good with dogs, but has lived outdoors his entire life. Arrow would love to be an indoor family member..
