Arthur

Handsome Arthur, a new arrival, is a friendly, uber intelligent pet believed to be mostly, if not all, Belgian Malinois. This 70 lbs., four-year-old, is great with his companion pets and has quickly made several new friends here at the rescue. He's also friendly with the humans that he meets. Affectionate Arthur enjoys running outdoors but is also happy to be indoors now during cold winter nights. Arthur knows basic commands such as sit' and down' and over' and is treat motivated. He keeps a spotless kennel. Arthus LOVES people, being petted, walks, and treats. Most of all, he is affectionate and thrives on learning. Belgian's are NOT pets who do well in cramped quarters or in apartments; they need a job with mental stimulation and exercise. Arthur will do best in a home where he has a fenced in yard, an active family who has experience with the breed and who can provide the right environment for this fellow. Arthur's medical package includes his neuter, microchip, deworm, a negative heartworm test and he is on flea & tick as well as heartworm prevention.
