My Story

Hi, my name is Atlas! I'm just a three legged guy looking for the right person or family. I love to explore outside or cuddle on the couch. I'm even up for car rides to visit with new friends. I'd love to have a dog friend too who would keep me company when you're not around. From mom: He is very enthusiastic about meeting new people. This is an area that he needs help with. I would limit his contact with small people because he lacks the skills to interact appropriately. He doesn't realize how strong he is. Atlas is crate trained and house trained. He will wait for you to put his leash on and get your shoes when going out. He sits for meals and treats. He has good recall and learns quickly. He comes when called or whistled for. He walks first thing every morning eats and then goes out again. He does need to be supervised around the cats but is is because he is too exuberant. He will leave them alone when told to leave it. My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for? If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.
