Meet Atlas, an Australian Shepherd/Labrador mix who was rescued alongside his 8 siblings from the Navajo Indian Reservation. At 9 weeks old, Atlas weighs 11.8 pounds, which means he’s basically an adorable weight-lifting champion in training. He’s already neutered, microchipped, and ready to take on the world with more swag than a pup his age has any right to have. Oh, and he’s been dewormed and given a 1-month flea and tick medication. We expect Atlas will grow into the hiking buddy, destined for scaling mountains—or at least for demanding snacks while you do all the heavy lifting.
