Meet Austin! He is a mini Aussie mix, estimated to be about 8 months old, and currently weighing around 25lbs. Austin was a pulled from a breeder/hoarder situation. Held in a pen with all of his siblings, he came to the fence and gently kissed the coordinators hand. Well, she went to walk away and he held her hand in his little paws. That was all it took and he became one if the most special little boys in our rescue. From transporting to multiple stops to settling on and a bath he was nothing but sweet. Always compliant and grateful. He plays nicely with his canine foster sibling and chases her in the yard. When play is done there is always snuggles to be had. Toys and balls are new to him and he is no retriever but he sure does love to play with them. While human affection is new to him he really wants to experience it.
