Ava - Guest Dog

I am listed as a guest dog because I am not part of Homeward Bound Dog Rescue. Homeward Bound currently does not have available foster homes for dogs my size. They have graciously offered to help my owner re-home me in a more suitable home for me. My adoption is considered PRIVATE, between my current owner and my new owner NOT Homeward Bound. Homeward Bound is accepting applications on my behalf and those applications will be referred to a volunteer who has agreed to help my current owner. Homeward Bound has reviewed my medical records to make sure I am up to date on vaccines and I am altered, my current owner will supply you with those records upon adoption. Homeward Bound is not requiring my owner to have me microchipped or be on preventions although it is suggested to protect me. If the adoption does not work out as hoped, I would have to be surrendered back to my owner who adopted me to you NOT Homeward Bound. A contract will be signed with agreement of both parties. An adoption donation to Homeward Bound is required in the form of cash or check, for dogs under 2 it is $395.00, dogs 2 and over is $295.00. Ava needs a loving forever home. She is a stunning 3 yr. old, 85 lb. Blue Nose American Bully with a heart as big as her smile. Ava's world changed suddenly when her beloved owner passed away, leaving her in need of a new, loving family to call her own. Ava is well behaved, crate and potty trained making her an easy addition to any home. Ava is a gentle soul who adores children and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Her kind and affectionate nature makes her the perfect companion for a family, couple or individual looking to add unconditional love to their lives. We are presently not holding our regular Saturday adoption clinics due to the Covid-19 virus. We are operating on a limited basis until further notice, but we are still adopting dogs out. We require an approved application before we consider anyone for an adoption - so filling out the application is your first step. Dogs over 2 years old are $295. 100% of the adoption fees go to help us save more dogs.
