Axel

It’s been a long road, but Axel is now ready for adoption! Axel came to us several weeks ago, hit by a car and very emaciated. His left rear leg needed to be amputated, and many of you helped cover that cost! Axel is now at a point in his healing where he is ready for a home! Axel is a 4 year old male German shepherd mix who weighs 55 pounds. He has proven himself to be housebroken and will let you know when he needs to go out. Axel is a friendly, social boy who walks well on a leash. We haven’t yet tested Axel with other animals—a meet and greet with any existing dogs in a potential new home will be required to ensure a good fit. Please share Axel!
