Meet Axel, a charming and fluffy marvelous mix with a unique look!
Axel is a true gentleman—sweet, calm, and incredibly friendly. He loves making friends with everyone he meets and enjoys attention, cuddles, and being petted. He’s also smart, curious, and always happy to be part of the action.
Axel is house-trained and well-behaved when left alone. He enjoys his walks and is comfortable around cars, making him a great fit for both urban and suburban environments. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. Currently, he’s in a foster home with another dog, a cat, and an 8-year-old child, and he’s great with everyone!
Rescued by our partner organization, Dogs on Road in Batumi, Georgia, Axel has an incredible story. He was found injured under a bridge after being hit by a car and underwent surgery to repair a fractured pelvis. Now fully recovered, he enjoys life at full speed—running, jumping, and loving every moment.
Axel is an easygoing and wonderful dog who will make a fantastic companion for any family! If you think Axel is the perfect match for you, fill out an adoption application today—he can’t wait to meet his forever family!

Note: Sochi Dogs Rescue works on a foster to adopt model. All of our adopters have a 1-week trial period to decide if the dog is the right match for you. Should you decide the adoption is not working out, you can notify us within the first week and we will coordinate a time to take the dog back into a foster home and issue a refund of the adoption fee minus $75.
