DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Babe Confetti! Confetti is part of the New Year's Litter of seven puppies born to mom, Marbella. Marbella is a 2-year-old Labradoodle mix who weighs 55 pounds (picture included). After being rescued from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama by K-9 Lifesavers these fuzzy cuties are ready to find their forever homes. Could that be with you? Confetti is your typical puppy. She is extremely sweet and playful. At her young age, Confetti is in her prime for training and socialization. Confetti is looking for a home where she can share all her love, butt wiggles and wet nose kisses for many years to come. Submit an application today and change this very deserving girl's life forever!
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets.
